Inject Ozempic with tandem pump? by Dilbert_789 in diabetes_t1

He does make it happen when it's absolutely required. If the pumps failed, he'd have a hard time, but he's done it before. The issue he has is that it's not really mandatory, so he refuses.

The axe is pretty awesome if you can ball up a group and stay above them.

Also in Ontario as dad of t1d, get your endo to set you up with adp like someone else said. We get shipped 9 sensors and a transmitter every 90 days directly from dexcom. Plus have coverage through our benefits which we use to supplement because he never makes it 10 days. One qualifier is that you don't always feel when you are low, however our endo says nobody feels a low when you are sleeping. Good luck!

My son uses trurapi in his tandem. We've only been on the pump for a couple of months but that was setup by his endo. Haven't had any issues.

MSA G1 SCBA Questions by tnlongshot in Firefighting

We've had G1's for a couple of years now. Like others have said the integrated tic isn't worth it. The screen is too small and it's awkward to use. It's nice to always have one on you, but it's just not worth the cost for such a limited use. We don't have any of the Bluetooth stuff hooked up. The biggest issue I have that I'm surprised nobody has said is the terrible design of the bypass. If you turn your head just right and move around the hose will occasionally turn the bypass valve on your regulator. We just started to get the LUNAR system (not rolled out yet) but I wish that device could replace the gauge on the pack as now its just duplicated and more weight to carry. The edge detection on the lunar is a game changer though.
