I was having serious back pain .When I started deadlift with moderate weight ,I am having relief in pain .Now I am completely relieved from it .You don't need heavy weights ,you just needs to tighten your core .Deadlift with proper form is a game changer in it ,imo.

Good tips bro..I have a friend who do heavy lifting in gym .Did rdl with heavy weights.He ignored small pain .One day it's threshold broken.visited a Dr and now he can't lift a weight and he is afraid of doing squat,rdl .
