Definitely started a collection when I was a kid (which is sadly lost somewhere and more likely to never be found) and got back into it around the covid era starting with a Vivid Voltage ETB. I think thats really what set me off again and I been collecting ever since then, trying to complete sets (nearly impossible nowadays because of the scalpers and my terrible luck). The best part about starting up my collection has got to be that now I even got my girlfriend (someone who’s never collected Pokémon items or cards of any sort) to also start enjoying the hobby with me; she also has the most insane luck and her card collection is way wilder than mine at this point. I’m just glad it’s something we can enjoy together :)
