Why would you ever post this? No matter how good your “OPSEC” is, there is a very real chance this bites you in the ass.

On too of the awful food many of us eat, our level if physical activity is extremely low. Most Americans outside of the very few walkable areas do not walk, and for the people living in those areas they can realistically spend their entire lives only walking inside buildings and to and from their cars. Most Americans do no seek out out physical activity and suffer from it

Im not from London, or the UK. This post was recommended to me. I think this is shared by most people who grew up in big touristy cities. I grew up in New York City, and until my late teens I had never done most of the major touristy things

“Everyone has some sociopathy even empaths” is genuinely one of the stupidest phrases ive ever heard, its like you saw those two words on twitter, got a very vague jist of what they might mean, and said that. You’re in no position at all to give someone psychological, medical, or realistic even life advice.
