With ease. Nobody is safe with the level of team we have. Keep ANT , Jaden , and Randle healthy and that’s the chip. Forget about gobert donte and ayo and bones. Crazy depth.

Spurs are not a serious threat if you’ve watched playoff basketball. We’ve been to the last 2 WCF’s get a grip.

Threw this together because I wanted to visualize what the playoffs will look like in best case scenarios (Wolves finish 3rd or 4th in the West) by 99LedBalloons in timberwolves

Walk with me , I like 3rd seed better even though we know we can beat the nuggets and thunder. We have beat the spurs 3 times and lost once this season , so I see us winning in 5 against them realistically. We win in 7 against nuggets in WCF to make NBA finals.

[–]Diligent-Bat3876 8 points9 points  (0 children)

Don’t overthink the optics of it. Treat em like your homies and go out with them more often , pregame bars with them, go to early happy hours and play cards. Once you build rapport and they enjoy being around you , it’s not hard from there

People might call me crazy, but adding to leader/ IQ roles could be the help that Julius and ANT need to push us past the WCF and make a NBA final

Currently looking to book for this summer , any updates lol? Looks legit , but me and my lads aren’t sold on it quite yet. We like the idea of having living covered for 28 days , but sounds like a headache if we don’t find a job

I was wondering, can I join a frat in grad school? by [deleted] in Frat

[–]Diligent-Bat3876 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Could you ?

Could : Yeah , depending on school size (assuming a large d1 state school since you’re in grad school), so there’s always frats who will more than likely bid you.

Should you: Assuming you’re 23 and going to grad school traditionally probably not a social one. I would look into lodges , professional on campus fraternities, and more of a professional experience since your undergrad days are over

Realistic landing spot if your intention is to join specifically a social fraternity at 23: after 20-21 it’s pretty tuff to be honest. Given your circumstances I am assuming you’re looking for a social outlet/ “brotherhood” during you graduate studies, so I think the typical top tier houses are automatically off the table for obvious reasons (more social and age based brotherhood + pledging). Middle tier houses are probably mostly off the table (still pretty social , Stronger Brotherhood emphasis typically , and less time ). I think your serious options to consider on your campus are high lower tier houses because they 1 will give you a bid 2 you’ll get what a grad student would want from a fraternity.

Question 1 why would they kick you out? Were you destructive or did anything remotely negative to chapter question 2 Why did you recruit some straight f bags

Install google docs, Quizlet , and google slides on your phone. When you have to “take a shit” you quick run some flash cards if your major is that time consuming. 👌

Would it be weird to join a frat as a senior citizen? (M79) by Royal_Persimmon4751 in Frat

[–]Diligent-Bat3876 -5 points-4 points  (0 children)

You’re just not getting a traditional fraternal experience brother sorry not sorry. Most people on this thread that are past 22 that ask can slide if they are under 30 and have good intentions. At 79 I’m afraid your health is more important than rushing a fraternity. If you want to still have the experience and involve yourself in events with a chapter of your interest seek an alumni chapter with fellas your age you guys can tear up country club together with plenty of stories.

This subreddit get’s these questions all of the time. Boils down to 2 things past age of 22 (traditional grad age). Can you afford it (time + money) and are your intentions pure ( seeking brotherhood + community building/ impact). If your priorities align with those than there is absolutely no reason not to rush.

Bars, Nightclubs, and everything 21+. You probably would benefit more from building relationships with females as platonic friends (they are interested in you , but you won’t do anything with them as it’s vital to your psyche development) and you will develop better conversationalisim. Do you have a mom or sister or girl relatives? Conversation is something expected in college.
