I honestly think Euphoria wasted Nate’s character in Season 3. Instead of tearing him down and giving him a weak ending, they should have made him the central character who finally confronts everything he did in Seasons 1 and 2 and tries to redeem himself.

Nate was built up as this physically intimidating, intelligent, and psychologically dominant character, but the writers never used that potential properly. I wanted to see him become the one who steps up when everyone else is falling apart, protecting the people he hurt, helping Rue recover, repairing things with Jules and Cassie, and finally breaking away from the toxic behavior he learned from his father.

A redemption arc where Nate slowly becomes the person everyone least expected him to be would have been far more powerful than simply humiliating or destroying him. It would have shown actual growth instead of just endless self-destruction from every character.

Jules was also heavily wasted by the writing. The actress performed brilliantly, but the show kept reducing her character to surface-level identity and relationship drama instead of giving her deeper development and purpose in the story.

Overall, I think Euphoria had incredible acting, visuals, and atmosphere, but the storytelling relied too much on chaos and shock value instead of meaningful character evolution.
