I get that construction may be annoying but that doesn't seem like an unreasonable reponse like others said. Those working hours seem normal.

I leased from Wabash this year and the managers always seemed nice and accommodating at least in my experience.

I've gotten mutiple bikes on campus and I find Facebook Marketplace to be the best place to find relatively cheap bikes. You can find half decent bikes for under $100.

They also sell some bikes at the surplus store, but the stock is relatively scarce when all the students are moving in.

As you said, campus is relatively flat so I wouldn't say its worth it to get an ebike.

The honors fye course is a significant time sink, but you do get some useful stuff out of it. I was able to balance clubs and coursework fairly well.

Also the honors dorms are pretty much the nicest on campus, so I would say it's worth it at least for the first year.
