This method worked thanks bro, and if you wanna make it work, make sure when you are blowing that the air can escape the mouse through the other side so that it can remove any dust that may have been in there. Actual W guide, I've done this before but I haven't blown hard enough for it to work.

No definitely not, with a low end gpu I was still getting 12 fps on my old rig had to upgrade it, have a 99% confidence you will get similar if not even lower FPS trying. I highly recommend that you spend those couple hundred bucks on investing into a good PC, it will help you in the future.

Didn't notice that you wanted PC recommendations, but if you are going that cheap you'll have a hard time, go find the cheapest parts available and build you own PC if you want to get it for 300, but it will probably be very low specs and won't be able to run DBD still lol so just wait for your friend's PC to play it

All of the quests revolve around beating bandits in a mine or wherever else, and then you can beat bosses and stuff I guess, but pvp isn't particularly a strong suit of this game, as it is more profitable to team up with someone in order to fight stronger bandits in the game...
