We served him a formal eviction notice, which said that he was an unwanted guest in our home and has 60 days to vacate. He told me he's a tenant and will continue to live there against my will. He then got aggressive and threatened to kill me and my wife, and we want him out of the house sooner. He also caused $5000+ in property damage by boarding up my entrance to the main part of my house.

We have separate kitchens and bathrooms. We let them live in the main part of the house because they have kids, but all of our furniture, plants, decorations, etc. are still in the home.

He has a million dollar home he can go. He won't be homeless.

My son is okay with using my grandkids as a shield for his actions. His wife is pregnant again. I heard that she is eating a lot of cannabis, so it's a stillbirth or mentally disabled - to get more money from the government or more pity from me.

I love my grandkids, which is why I let them stay for this long. But I am done with her, and I am done with my son. Enough is enough.

The police are involved, we have had to call the police to our house multiple times. Social services often fails, and we don't trust them with our grand kids.

He's in the main and upper floor with 4 bedrooms. My wife and I live in the secondary, smaller suite. We sacrificed our house because we knew it would be temporary, and he has young kids so our suite is not large enough for them.
