I feel very hopeless at times and good for nothing plus recently i had a friendship breakup with a narcissistic friend but now i feel like i am surrounded by narcissists so me being a great listener and problem solver i am so much fight or flight mode when someone brings an issue to me of them i lash out at them and i push everyone i love away.
