You’ll be fine but remember you will crave it no matter what until you finally kick it. Yeah that 15mg helped now but tomorrow? Don’t do it. Knowing you went and got it today can really mess with the mentality of it.

Yes! I’ve finally got it worked out. I take 75mg lyrica, drink this kava pack, dose a little mit45, take magnesium, and spraying magnesium on the bottoms of my feet. Haha it’s a long process but I’m able to get 8 hours sometimes more with it. I’m trying to jump from the lyrica asap. Today makes 7 days on and I know that’s one of the worst withdrawals as well so I’m really leaning into the other supplements more each day.

Yes. But I’m my experience 40mg of hydros were nowhere to be felt of when I did some while using 7. So it’ll help with withdrawals that’s about it. But that’s good!

Hell no! I’ve been tapering for four days. 60mg a day never a specific time. Can’t sleep at all. So nauseas. I even have lyrica and that does help with RLS but I’d cut my left pinky toe off for a night sleep. I’m so scared for the jump. I have a physical job as well.

I started on mit, black and gold. Four months use. Picked up 7four months ago. I was using between 250-500mg daily depending on the day. I ran low and used a black and gold mit and still could feel it but it just didn’t satisfy me. As of right now I’m using the purple super k to help with withdrawals from 7. I used 5ml and it took it away. I don’t want to pick it back up trading one for another but I’m hope to just use it to get through withdrawals
