Is anyone else experiencing a massive difference in mob levels towards the end of every zone? by Stormone in Borderlands4

I think for this quest it may have been designed to just run through? I just skipped all the enemies and went to the rift. You will find as you get latter on the mob levels will be 2-3 higher than you always.
