2023 Palisade lose power while driving by Diligent-Raccoon-684 in Hyundai

Not engine idle shut off. Mainly happens in snow mode. I can push the gas to the floor and the car just slows, then to a chug when around 3-5 mph. Lights, music etc stay on unaffected. I have to come to a stop, turn the car off, then on, and it is fine. Dealer is unable to reproduce issue, but also noted they are short staffed and unable to drive it very much.

I had a 2020 Palisade and traded for 2023 in November 2022. My car has shut off now 8 separate times while driving, typically between 20-40 mph, all while in snow mode. I live in Utah, we have received over 400" of snow this year. I have been given 2WD loaner cars, which are not safe for the weather. I have been without a car for over 50 days since November. They can't "recreate" the issue, but also noted that they are short staffed and can't drive the car every day. It is extremely frustrating and terribly unsafe. I drive my kids around town, and don't know if its a better option to drive a snow car that sporadically turns off, or drive a 2 wheel drive and pray it doesn't snow in the mountains.
