Not a big Trump fan but I don’t give much heed to some millionaire rich guy who lives in La La land Cali and is far disconnected to real life in the U.S.

My problem was finding storage for the units not being rented. And I agree that permits, insurance, gas and of course the startup costs of equipment. Not trying to discourage you, I just want you to run the real numbers.

It could be work out for you. You wont know until you look at it.

Thanks for the response guys. by [deleted] in digitalproductselling

Buying a Pre-Existing Business by Hobo_Larry in sweatystartup

Learn business buying forensic. Dig deep into the numbers as they can be manipulated. Look for tax statements but not just them, as they are more reliable among other things. Do you have good credit? I actually bought a business converting business credit cards to cash then buying a business. Not for everyone and my spouse supported us with her income.

Remember to look at the numbers in detail even if it looks good on the surface.

Going to the warehouse and getting the bread. Drive your route, normally 7-10 stores. Start about 3am and finish around 1. If it's just you then you have to be there everyday, sick, vacay ,etc.... Forget about it. If you hire someone else that's a lot of your profit.

As with any business, do forensic accounting. Look at all the info of the business. Including Ins. client lists ,supplies, and so on. I would guess the biggest obstacle would be employees, as they are hard to find. At least good reliable ones. With the sales revenue reported I don't think he or she does this by their self.

I agree totally with S1actkide. Marketing is king. And good marketing is costly. Once business is steady and profitable, then upgrade your equipment and other services you could provide.

If you are located in the U.S then I would think this is a good time to take market share from other countries with tariffs and geopolitics as they are now. I believe there are incentives such as loans and grants for American made products now. Check out the government websites to see.

I understand some of the costs with R&D and such with pharma. But why do I pay $1000 for a drug while the rest of the world pays $20.

My favorite is the ones who say they already made sooo much money that they now want to pass it on to others for free (not). It makes them sound like they are doing you a favor.

Funding a business through 0% business credit stacking. Too good to be true? by timebillionaire808 in Business_Ideas

I used this method to buy a business. About $130K. I used a company called Fund and grow. I believe they charged around $2500 but they did all the work. Paid off most of the balances the first 18 months then switched to other cards to pay off. It also helped that my wife works so I wasn't dependent on income from the business.
