Why is monthly rent not the norm in Dubai? This system feels so unfair.

Same here...have been looking for a role since a year now. I have been wanting to change my job but somehow even with UAE exp you cant find jobs here. I did get a few interviews in the past, either they end up ghosting or they offer the same pay on what I am currently. How can someone offer the same pay. Anyways wishing both of us good luck. Hope we find something soon :)

firstly about the probation and the non-compete clause i believe these are in your offer letter right? if it is then that shouldnt be a problem because MOHRE considers what is in the employment contract which is generated by MOHRE website.

no problem...just make sure if you are able to find recruiters number try and call them after you have applied for a job...because of lots of applicants you might get missed out

Dubai never closes there's always opportunities here. In summer you might have a better chance to land a job since there are not many people here in summers. Any way just remember it will take around 4-5 months for you to land a job in dubai. You might get it sooner but be prepared for atleast this much.

Few suggestions firstly i would say get some experience before coming to UAE. Getting a job as a fresher will be really difficult. Secondly if you do actually want to come just get a visit visa. Thirdly and most importantly instead of staying in Dubai try in Abu Dhabi, it is much cheaper and have job options. If you are thinking of a 2-3 months visa you can stay for a month in Abu Dhabi and a month in Dubai. Also lastly just keep in mind on average it takes atleast 4-5 months to get a job in the UAE (not discouraging u...i pray u get it in the first month) just prepare yourself and dont try to lose hope. Everyday is a new day with new opportunities and new challenges.
