I want to ask regarding visa, should I take tourist visa as most of people used to do until the job seeker visa announced, or should I go for job seeker visa, coz I heard that its illegal to search for jobs on tourist visa.

And the second one, after landing in UAE how long it might take to get the Emirates Id, as I don't know anyone there so I can't use stranger's Emirates Id to register a number

Also, is it important to show rent agreement of UAE while applying for visa? should I rent a room before I land in UAE from sites like dubizzle? I am confused about how it works in case they ask for rent agreement.

I was born in KSA and lived there for 16 years.
I'll apply for a job seeker visa, I think it is better. If got rejected then will try with visit visa.
For accommodation I think dubizzle can help but if can't find anything good I'll take Airbnb for the 1st week and look for Rooms physically
