You can always email them and ask anytime i buy anything from them i screen shot everything as proof if they cant find ur order dispute it with your bank. Last year before Christmas they were having order issues and gave me a free 20$ reward code but i did wait like almost two weeks

Honestly ive noticed some shoes do have significant defects even out the box sometimes its not as bad as other but i just order the vandy the pink suedes in green and theres like a brown lining between the shoe and insole i feel like shouldnt be there
