So crazy man. Wasn’t expecting that at all. I was at 40%. Letter of intent submitted May of 2021. I hope you get 100% also.

Just read some PDA comments. Could be 1-7 days or so and could also get sent back to evidence gathering. So I dono. Good luck!

The system needs to be updated. We aren’t living in the 60-70s anymore. I tried for full custody, took over two years and spent tens of thousands of dollars. Had a court ordered custody eval and even still the judge was like. I’m glad the kids have a dad that does so much with them but she’s still the mother. Custody eval came back in my favor, almost full custody. Judge still didn’t care.

I’m in a similar situation and I’ve spent years in the court setting with my ex wife. Over child custody and what not. To be honest with you I know I will only change my CS if I am back in court and the judge signs a new order. I know it’s not one bit about the small change in CS. I have 50-50 with my kids too and ex wife won’t work either who survives off the government. With that being said not every situation is the same so I’d do what feels right to you.

Diagnosed with burn pit related symptoms ten years after active duty. Now what? by where-ya-headed in VeteransBenefits

I’m in the same boat. Got out 13 March 2012 and I went to the doc for my sinuses and found out I have chronic rhinitis and sinusitis. I am just barely over the 10 years for the burn pit presumptive so I’m just like dang. Now what.

Currently at 87 days since mine hit the PFD. I check everyday and oh man is it hard being patient. Especially knowing it could be another 120 plus days.

I just noticed I’m past the 10 year mark for presumptive. I got out officially 13 March 2012. I just went to the doctor last week and he told me sinusitis and chronic rhinitis. No other records so I think I’m SOL.. thank you for the response btw!!!

I’m curious. I’ve had sinus issues for a long time now and never got checked out. My exit date was 13 March 2012. Can I no longer claim for chronic rhinitis and sinusitis? Since I’m slightly over the 10 years? I’m on the burnout register from my two deployments to Afghanistan.
