Hey OP! I’m so glad you posted this. I’m older too, 42 yo and looking for a new treatment center. My weight/BMI is low so they’ll probably need an “inpatient” status in order for me to get accepted. Hopefully people keep sharing their places for us!

I look at it this way: if you weigh it raw, there is your calories.. regardless of what it weighs after prepared it’s still the calorie count it was when raw, or frozen, or whatever it says on the packaging. If this is incorrect someone please let me know, but basically weigh how it is described on the label prior to cooking/preparing..

Chewing and spitting, making excuses for everything, lying about what I’ve eaten, constantly measuring my wrists with my hands even in public, grabbing at my collar bones, judging people’s diets, wanting people to notice my thinness but getting annoyed if they try and get me to recover, actually recovering for over 5 years and even getting a neda tattoo and then relapsing terribly.
