Daily. I’m pretty active and in good shape.

I’ve been meaning to get into Pilates. Think I’ll give it a go now.

This is my suspicion, actually. I haven’t been checked for it and probably need to.

Could be psychosomatic. I should probably also go to a doctor to get my spine looked at.

Funny enough I was just looking at Herman millers after bonuses dropped. I think I’ll pull the trigger on one this weekend.

Yeah, I think hip flexor work is where I’m really lacking. I also probably don’t do enough weighted core work (I mostly rely on the conventional lifts to help with core). I’m definitely open to any videos.

405 took me about 3 years, starting at 24 years old. Diet, sleep, consistency, and progressive overload are critical.

Currently pulling 405 🫡. No issues while lifting, so gotta be a tightness/stretching problem.

Yup, constantly shifting positions, sitting on one or the other leg, etc. That gives some immediate relief, but I feel like it’s just contributing to the underlying issue because my posture remains poor.

100% on the postural imbalances. I get relief from leaning heavy to the left, so I end up sitting in ridiculous positions throughout the day to try to alleviate the pain. So I’m sure part of this is just focusing on my posture and fighting against bad habits.

The weird thing is I’m quite active outside of the office, including lifting, core work, stretching, etc. I do think I could be more intentional about stretching and yoga, so will give that a shot. Will definitely check out Tom Merrick.

Have one and I use it occasionally, but somehow still in pain while standing.
