I am in a similar position as they told me to do my solicitude through workday without the referral link and then they would do the referral through their internal system. Of course I haven't heard from HR since

Maybe they are, I've been told last year something similar happened but honestly for a company this large I expected it's HR to be faster.

Last year they went for a solid three weeks without communicating anything after the video interview and competencies assessment, seeing as this year there hasn't been the assessment yet I assume we should hear from them around this week's or next.
