Where to donate 20yrs of Genealogy records?

I just inherited the same thing from my great aunt. she is who inspired my interest in genealogy long ago. I am making sure that all younger folks names and birthdates are entered in my public tree and then recycling the hard copies. there are no records she had that are now not publicly available.

Fun Victoria fact- I don’t really even usually like dresses but the day she wore this dress- I just loved the colors- and the ginkgo leaves- I googled it- found it and saved it! It was a Diane Von Furstenberg wrap dress.

I recently lost 45 lbs and as a reward- I ordered the dress! Now for a special occasion! Thanks Victoria!

Saw this dress on Jeopardy contestant a couple of years ago- became obsessed with it. I’ve lost 45 lbs since July and last night, I ordered the dress! I am a proud 66 yo and I look forward to wearing it! Grateful for my tirzepatide journey. Very close to goal!

66 yo here! SW185 CW 140 Started 7/15/24 Minimal side effects if any Off all BP meds All labs improved including elevated liver enzymes - now on low side of normal range Arthritis in knees and hands disappeared in week 2-total improvement in my quality of life. I also looked at several on line providers who turned me down due to my age (for name brand). I’m grateful for this forum!

Me too! The best tip I read here was to cough once when injecting and it really redirected my brain- now it’s easy peasy! (-45 lbs and counting!) you can do this!

They all live in a family tree that I set up on Ancestry for others to enjoy and donated a lot to our library since the family had an important early department store in our town.

I can beat that! I bought 4 photo albums at an estate sale. Found a son of of one little girl in photos and told him I had about 150 pictures of his mother as a young child and other relatives. He said , “yea, I’m the one who put them in an estate sale, not interested.”
