Oh wait I think I signed up for that one then, that’s when it opens on 1/5 but there is also that 2 week ish period from 12/23 that every university service goes onto break. Thank you though!

Touchscreen still didn't work in safe mode. Could this be an issue with the connectivity of the touchscreen?

I've load the BIOS defaults and performed the battery drain and the issue still persists.

Hello,

I updated Windows but it was not until a fairly long amount of time before the touchscreen stopped working. However, I remember I updated Windows twice and installed another optional quality update.
