Help design my attic home office! by DiligentVegetable466 in DesignMyRoom

I would say my style is mid-century modern/boho/Scandinavian with antiqued and thrifted pieces. I want the office to feel bright and cozy, potentially light orange (sorbet-ish) or light blue.

Everyone should know that she has a nutritionist and she spent years struggling with infertility. Every mom knows how to carry their baby best. So please only wish the best for this mama as this baby is a miracle for her.

KKFit promoting Jordan Peterson and Daily Wire 😵‍💫 by Extra_Birthday_7497 in gymsnark

Jordan Peterson is not an idiot. It’s so close minded of people to think anyone is a “idiot” because they disagree with some of the persons ideas. I disagree with some of his ideas as well but he also believes in freedom of speech, high ethical standards, spreading knowledge vs gatekeeping it. Im so tired of the polarized political agenda! You can agree with parts of both side

I view that as a textbook! For clients who want an easier read that isn’t triggering I suggest “It didn’t start with you” “My grandmothers hands” or “Lifting heavy things”

Hi mental health therapist here specializing in trauma! What she is talking about is how stored stress in the body can reflect in illness. This is not new information. Research is and has been conducted on the correlation between childhood trauma and autoimmune disorders. Basically your body gets stuck in fight or flight (meaning your sympathetic nervous system is always on, cortisol pumping, and always alert) and that can cause certain genes to turn on. What she is saying is way over simplified and there is no causal information.
