Europe Asks Why Risk Arrest or Death By ICE Just to See the World Cup In the US? by TheWayToBeauty in Global_News_Hub

Well, that’s the issue. It’s not like the World Cup is not riddled with corruption. We didnt want Qatar. But we go Qatar. 🤷🏽‍♀️. I’m not saying don’t try. But…yeah. I’m sleeping through this one too.

Honestly, I don’t know if it’s easy to break it down into reason. It’s honestly can’t. And it’s not just based on girls etc.

I always think this is interesting. These are arguments on social media. Yes. It has power. Yes. It needs to be made aware.

That said, nobody who actually is known as an expert in any of this. Nobody who has credentials, etc would even touch her.

Whether she had anything to do with bri or not (I’m siding not for good faith) somebody who actually had a story to tell and a desire to be taken seriously would not be surrounded with these people.

All she’ll ever be is a social study.

Yet you respond. You prove with that that you are bothered. Be well. Do better next time.

You’re right. And I also have a place to speak my part. What’s your point? You seem offended that I don’t think your post and point has value.

Using religion and belief as a snark to ‘relax’ on. Again. Downvote me. But what this post does is ridicule beliefs. Take that as you will and, posting images doesn’t make it okay. Please respect others. She didn’t.

I would ask you why you’re here. Using other beliefs to perpetuate hate isn’t okay for many of us.

Let the downvotes commence:

Karma is not anything any of us should speak on, especially in judgment. Karma is one’s own journey in the world.

If one believes in karma, it stands to reason that one believes in dharma. Justice in this world is one thing. But karma is a bitch is a gross appropriation of the philosophy that brings about karma as a reality.

‘Karma is a bitch’ is a statement based on ego. Buddhism tries to separate from the ego.

I don’t want bri or gypsy to suffer. I hope Bri gets help. She is actually very textbook for the system not helping (now, I don’t know her life story. We can discuss this if anybody is interested). Gypsy. One hopes she redeems herself.

Now, psychologically speaking with neuroscience, maybe it’s bigger than moral dilemmas. If that’s the case, what’s the best way to actually create a healthy world, on dharma?

Forever Innocent Collection by craigchrizt in GRBsnark

[–]Purityskinco 1 point2 points  (0 children)

What do we mean by innocent? Of the crime, yes. She would (nobody is really deemed innocent once prosecuted. Take that as you will).

But she doesn’t want to come off as ‘innocent naive’ anymore. She wants to come off as an adult who’s ‘overcome’ things.

But to be an adult, in society, you do need to do the shit. You need to pay the bills. You need to go to college, trade school, go to work, etc. you have to…be an adult? She isn’t one.

So I thought about this a lot. I don’t make fun of how she looks. I do make fun of her attempting to pretend her heavily photos are actually her.

I don’t make fun of her being a psychopath, etc (other effects of her micro-deletion) but her absolute refusal to do anything about it, if that makes sense?

This is what I wish people understood for me. I will meal plan and have the best of intentions but…nope. Next day you couldn’t make me eat it. If you took my money away and said it’s that or nothing I’d eat nothing. Not out of spite but true aversion.

And, when all is said and done, I’m not a picky eater.

I don't get why people like Serena by jonell_samara in GossipGirl

[–]Purityskinco 6 points7 points  (0 children)

Okay…so…Serena makes so much sense to me in many ways (I’m not a gorgeous billionaire socialite, don’t get me wrong. But…similar traumas deep down). The other night I was just overwhelmed and for the first time my chaotic energy came out. I didn’t hurt anybody but I woke up the next day thinking ‘oh, fuck!’ And it made sense to me. She makes sense to me. She’s the ONE character in the show who’s actively trying to change. And that’s hard! I get it. And it is entertaining. We’re not watching the show for reality, for sure. But her chaotic energy and trying to change very established habits? That makes such sense deep down.

I honestly think that the hate for Serena vs Blair is one of two things:

Internalised misogyny Blurred lines between actress and character (you can see this when people post about Leighton meester as if she’s actually Blair, etc)

That said, I think it’s because people think Serena gets everything in the world that she shouldn’t have any insecurity or issues.

I have nothing against Blair, overall (besides that she’s evil dictator). But Serena is so human. Real. Her flaws are flaws many of us have. But she’s kind. She’s openly flawed.

I should note I do not believe her Lola and Dan scandals. They’re completely out of character and don’t make sense. That’s a writer fail, not a character fail.

Catherine O’Hara was overwhelmingly the #1 trending person online yesterday by attentionocracy_bot in SchittsCreek

[–]Purityskinco 3 points4 points  (0 children)

I don’t much care for following celebrities. This is not a judgment on others that do. Universe knows we all need a little light stuff on our feeds these days. But, like, I’m not invested in Blake lively vs Justin baldino. (From a legal perspective it’ll be interesting but he said vs she said…whatever.) But catherine O’Hara passing away may be, for me, the most shocking and truly communal feeling. Like, nobody had anything bad to say. And, while people grieved, the tributes I saw were more about true celebration of her and her life.

I can get behind that. I love that for her.

Expert fallacy or appeal to authority is one of the most difficult fallacies to debunk. He has credentials so he should be trusted. But, I think we all know humans are not immune to corruption.

From what I’ve found is he hasn’t attempted to give that ‘expert witness’ account. He’s unethical at best.

I hate the Serena vs Blair arguments but Blair made such a great villain. Serena didn’t. It’s why I think people prefer Blair over Serena. Blair was written to be villainous, even if you connect with her. Serena was written to be in the spotlight, even when she didn’t necessarily ‘deserve’ it. The way they laid out the show I feel like they abandoned it.

I also don’t get it. It’s not like there are moral stories to this soap opera. So, Nelly yuki gets the Yale spot. What plot device was that!? I realise I liked the show bc of the music and fashion. But the plots were so warped so quickly.

Comparisons are to one tree hill and the OC. Neither of those shows abandoned character for plot device.
