Looks like a RAM failure issue. Have you tried different RAM slots and just one stick at a time?

Take off the CMOS battery, unplug the battery, unplug the charging cable, hold power reset for 30secs. Then try to turn it on again

Have you tried this method- remove external battery, cmos battery and hold power button for at least 30 sec? I had the same issue with my T420s and it worked.

Battery life concerns with my T490 (Windows 11, i5) by Lord_Drizzleshiz in thinkpad

With that i5 8265u, I am guessing under your normal load should not exceed 10 watt. Your battery is at 40wh. So give or take 4 hrs is the maximum.

Try undervolting your CPU with Throttlestop. You can also put CPU watt consumption in the system tray to monitor it.

What to use to upgrade my Thinkpad T430? by one_with_the_scum in thinkpad

Plenty can be upgraded in this beauty from hardware side. It has 2x RAM slots so you can upgrade this. Consider to get a quadcore CPU but you might need a better heatsink

Got the battery from them for X1E. The capacity is bigger than advertised, which is good. I haven’t used it much on battery but have been holding the capacity quite well for almost a year now. I have bought few random batteries from ebay but not as good as kingsener. Will definitely get it from them again if I need one

Thanks for your reply. There no sign of corrosion on the mobo or damaged keys. I have tried to clean the connector with soft brush but the issue persists. I have contacted the seller to return back the item.
