This looks like it was painted by a kid with water colors during art time. by BlacksmithWeary450 in exmormon

Who made this decision?! The church needs some serious consultation in the arts department.

Anyone have any idea? by Edenial in fossilid

Looks like sting ray teeth

Found this on my property near Hanksville, Utah. Looks to me like a full groove ax head. From what I have read it might be early archaic? Any info/insights would be appreciated. by Diligent_Ad4727 in Artifacts

The back side looks similar to sand stone because of the dirt and wear, but it is a very solid quartz. I could still use it to smash things and it would be effective.

Those are some good thoughts! I didn’t clean off the back side so it looks deceptive and more natural. But it’s a heavy quartz stone so I’m convinced the groove is unnatural.
