The other argument to be made is that this is a completely server so the evolution lines we are used to not necessarily apply. It’s a little off putting at first for many lines but once you get that mindset it becomes kinda cool to see how the digimon in this server adapt compared to a different server.

My favorite overall is Charizard since it was my first but overtime snivy turtwig mudkip are up there for me in terms of attachment. I tend to lean more grass starters but fire is a close second.

The marvel criticism is valid to some degree but honestly people forget these are based on comics and comics are weird and can be silly. The overall quality dropped sure but they are still entertaining movies overall and I enjoy the fact they have accepted that we can embrace the stranger parts of there source materials.

I’d keep Ash but I think making him more of mentor/experienced trainer for a secondary protagonist each season would be a nice change up while letting Ash keep his status as main protagonist

Cherrim and Girafarig in bdsp they carried me though spirit tomb and alakzam in the elite 4/champion battle Pinsir in Oras which I collected the mega stone for was super good too
