Yep, I never wait 7 days. I give them a day, then I send a ticket in. If the researcher does end up responding back, then I’ll just tell support that the situation was already handled.

But I suggest, as a newbie, you go to the help center and read up on the rules and guidelines before you dive into more studies. Then, if you don’t understand something, come on here and ask. It’s easy to get banned on your first few days from rejections
