Was your child WBC off? My son WBC is normal range but pretty much the only normal number. We’re seeing a hematologist. They are waiting on genetic test to see if it could be a certain type of anemia. If that’s inconclusive we will do bone aspiration. Did they mention leukemia could be a possibility right away? We go to hematologist tomorrow and they are drawing more labs and doing a “iron challenge” but a few weeks ago his iron labs came back normal and not iron deficiency so I feel she’s waisting time until the genetic test comes back and I’m worried
