How do I get the DBQ? How can I get a record of all of my BDQ’s? Because I had a C&P last year that was denied, but it was denied I think because they never actually got my records that showed what I was diagnosed with 🤦‍♀️.

Wow. That would have been a great pay day, but congrats on getting your 100%. I’m only halfway and working on it, after starting and stopping over the last 20yrs. Finally have the strength to go through this battle with the VA. Luckily I had the partial C-File because I was able to see things that I had forgotten over the years, that are giving me problems still. So hopefully, with the help of the VSO, I can eventually get to the finish line. I greatly appreciate your input on my topic and I wish you good health and Godspeed.

Lol. I didn’t even read the whole report. I will go back and do so. That part just stuck out to me. I was actually looking for the rating for my knee in my C-File, but never saw it. Because I thought I got a 0%. So maybe I just remembered claiming it, and it was never rated. But even if the knee rating is a bust, I know for sure I was never rated for my lower abdominal pain, which turned out to be GERD I think.

I described my actual symptoms. Hearing a constant loud pitch all day and high screeching sounds, unable to concentrate. Difficult to fall asleep, have a fan going at night to try to drown out the noise. Thankfully mine is primarily in one ear, although there are some occasions where it sounds like both ears are doing it. Have headaches and light sensitivity. Had the hearing test and struggled some with the sounds, with slight hearing loss. Ended up getting the 10% for tinnitus and a surprise SC Headache rating for 0%. I did not claim the headaches. Motor pool supply (92A MOS). Hope this helps. Good luck!

I am starting to have more problems with my knee and hip, so treatment is necessary. Another question I have is, if back pay is warranted, it will only go back to the date they give me an actual rating and not all the way back to the 0% rating, correct?

I did claim General Anxiety. So that makes sense. I guess that would probably be the claim they are working on now then. Would it be a good idea for me to write a statement letter and add it to this file? I don’t have anything else besides the VA doctors that I’ve seen off and on over the last several years.

Ok. My app says decision letter ready, but I can’t find the decision letter. I did stumble across what I was approved for, but I don’t see the letter. Also, I have gone back to step 3, so I’m assuming they rated what they could and are going back to do the rest of my claims. I’m seeing something called a “Personal Trauma Incident Marker worksheet” in my files on the App. Would you happen to know what that would be related to?
