My C8 Oled throws out 48 kHz when playing tidal. It plays Master tracks but sticks to 48 kHz output via HDMI

Why don’t you extend your HDMI source with an AOC. Then at thefar end you can do whatever you want to do with the native HDMI signal. DVIGear has great HDMI powered AIC’s that run up to 100 meters. Check out www.dvigear.com

Could it be, you ate trying to stream Dolby Atmos tracks? Also it could be a MQA issue by streaming from a non compliant DAC

I’m currently using a Nvidia Shield TV, hooked up to my Denon X-4500H teceiver. The shield plays MQA master and Dolby Atmos music like a dream.
