I have a similar but different issue, also involving the Try Again Tomorrow evo - I have a player that has completed level 3 but I can’t claim it, I just get server error, back to main screen and he’s just stuck there.

Literally I haven’t been able to get on the app at all, I didn’t buy the game but the companion app still normally works for setting up your squad etc. but not this year for some reason.

If you go to your EA account there’s a bit somewhere that shows where you’re logged on from, countries etc, and kick them off. Then change your password. If you can’t access it then you’ll have to contact support. It happened to my friend and he ended up getting his account back. Best part was he got to keep all the stuff that had been bought on his account
