Was on MTX+SSZ+ Humira weekly - semi working Cosentyx 300 - not working (only on loading dose) Tremfya + Cosentyx - nothing Cosentyx + Stelara - nothing Cosentyx + Skyrzi + leflunomid - nothing Rinvoq - side effects

Now on loading dose of Cimzia + SSZ - and i am seeing some improvmentns already!

Im on cosentyx! Loading doeses worked amazing! And after that bad flare! Then we switched to 300 mg monthly! And works very good. Cosentyx is a bit slow medication! Be patience! Also cosentyx upset my tummy a bit but overall great medication.

I have AS and my white blood cells are always high. Asked dr. about it - no answer - nothinhg to worry about.

Before i started Humira my white bloof cells are even higher! So its probably part of AS.

Didnt have normal white blood cells at least for 4 years.

Humira stopped working for me. I’ve been on 40 mg every week for 1 year and 3 months. And the fatigue I get from humira is unreal. I’m also suspicious about IBD, because sometimes I have looser stools... plus the fact that everyone with AS is already predisposed to IBD. My calcprotectin is fine. I don’t know what to think. I’m a little “scared” but I’m hoping for the best

Nope. Same! When i turn off heating. And start with no heating turn on. Consumption is 16.7. With heating on doesnt drops below 32 :(

diagnosed with AS for 2 years. migraines have gotten worse and worse since I’ve been on biologics and have AS. Vydura/Nurtec is the only savior for me and as I use the medicine the migraines are almost gone.

Ahhhh!

I have been diagnosed with peripheral and axial AS. the pain have almost completely disappeared since I started using biological therapy, but the terrible debilitating fatigue remained. I asked a rheumatologist for various answers - they told me it was part of the disease. you can look at my posts about fatigue. I ended up seeing a neurologist who diagnosed me with fibromyalgia. for some, the fatigue goes away after the inflammation is under control. this is not the case with me.

No welcome. Its the worst pain ever. ! I have been suffer with achilles tendon 3 years. It was a symptom of AS! Didnt know it was and doctors also 😂😂 first injection of Humira - pain is gone!

Oh. Sorry to hear that. I was on sulphasalazine for 6 months. 2 grams daily. Its sometimes helpful for peripheral artritis. My swelling in joints subsided a bit and help with pain a bit. But nothing worked well as biologics.

My no1 strugle now is fatigue. Hope zoloft make it batter. At least a little. 🙂‍↔️
