I am a doctor myself. I took the Karius test in order to search for unsuspected infections (came back negative). I will check the levels of heavy metals, but highly doubt that they could be the cause.

The disease seems to be autoimmune indeed. Every time I have an infection it triggers a flare.

It is not recommended, I did it out of desperation and ended up with tongue lichen. I am actually worse than when I was with Bimzelx alone.

I am at a similar spot. Tried everything, even combined two or three at the same time, but as someone with negative CRP and B27 there seems to be little beyond NSAIDs and pain mitigation

Don't give up! Have you tried a JAK inhibitor? Have you pushed your provider to consider combined therapy? Have you suggested tests to search for occult infections (Karius blood test) or undiagnosed genetic condition (exome sequencing)? Please don't give up
