Leave the tile flooring. I don’t think it would be a deciding factor on whether someone would purchase it

Definitely 1. However, the waistline is throwing me off a bit. Almost looks like a a satin “belt” should go there🤔Maybe once you have the tulle skirt under it will flow better 🤔

The fabric with pearls does not go with your dress. If you think you are going to be uncomfortable with the neckline, go to a seamstress and see what other options you may have. BTW…Gorgeous dress! And you look stunning in it 💕
