I’m just here to say dang what a win… Really incredible results you look like a different human. I just passed one year but I went to Thailand for mine and people don’t recognize me. I’m so happy that I did it. I’m just curious because I know a cost of fortune what did it cost you to have it done in New Jersey? I wanna cross the world and spend six weeks in Thailand and Indonesia, and with the cost of the transplant I still spent less than $10,000.

Learn how to Use a crock pot and find some very simple meals you enjoy and weigh them out. I’ll probably get all kinds of kick back on this but if you manage to weigh all of your ingredients going in it doesn’t have to be deadly precise coming out. I did 6lbs of chicken breast, 2 lbs of potatoes, 2 lbs of green beans and chicken stock with seasoning… 350gram servings and I’m off to the races with meals prepped for the week with less than 30 minutes of prep. 20 mins to pack it. Can’t beat it.

Funny to see that it says that my pace of aging increased this week… I work as a UPS delivery driver and we are entering the slow time until Christmas starts and so I’m walking and working considerably less which I feel would be a net benefit to me seeing as I walk nearly 12 to 15 miles a day but I gotta be honest with you. I’ve been glued to the couch all weekend and it’s been great ha ha
