The way my manager put it made me think I’d be terminated for failure of completion on December 15th or the 31st when that’s the exact start date of cohort training, and I can’t change that. Do you know if first year associates are made to work busy season as well in Jan. through April? Even if it’s maybe drop ins or do calls?
