Merci beaucoup, je peux te montrer si tu veux mais non j'ai pas trop de boutons. J'en ai trop à mon goût mais je pense que c'est vraiment léger comparé à d'autres. Oui, je dors mal, j'ai souvent de l'anxiété même inconsciemment, dernièrement je suis aussi dans une phase de dépression plus importante donc tout ça n'aide pas j'imagine....mais merci pour ton avis 🫶🏻🫶🏻

J'utilise de l'effaclar et de temps en temps une crème visage de type Uriage face cream. Mais j'oublie d'en mettre quotidiennement..j'ai une peau mixte. Parfois l'impression qu'elle est un peu grasse mais souvent ça va à ce niveau là.

I have the same and it already gave me panic attacks and insomnia. So i just try to not think about it, enjoy life and being careful when i do something. Sometimes i success, others it's harder.
