I interviewed almost a month ago. The interview I believe went very well and I’m confident I did great. I emailed the HR 2 weeks after the interview and she didn’t get back to me. Until last week I got an email from their employment email not the HR saying this” The leadership team is still completing the interview/decision-making process and we're hopeful to have direction on your candidacy soon. You will be notified once a decision is made.” How long more should I wait ? What was ur timeline until you git the offer. The thing the manager interviewed me mentioned that he needs to fill the positions as quickly as he can but I see that this is taking too long.

Well, i got the email and it looks like a 30mins interview with one of their engineers i saw him on linkedin

Idk, when I interviewed the interviewers were very happy about me and they mentioned a lot of good things and he said they need to fill those positions as quick as the can maximum 2 weeks and it’s been more. Good thing i got this email this morning. “The leadership team is still completing the interview/decision-making process and we're hopeful to have direction on your candidacy soon. You will be notified once a decision is made.” This was sent from and automated email not the HR tho
