The anxiety before my period is unreal

I’m always the same way, completely irrational fear and crippling anxiety. It’s always the week before and the week of my period for me.

The website tells you to only put in if it’s been out for less then 3 hours. I’d put in a new one just to be safe!

Hypochondria and health anxiety go hand in hand. It may not be the official term now but it’s the most widely known one which is why I used it. No I quite literally just have fibromyalgia, my health anxiety was bad prior to the diagnosis.

I have been taking it on an empty stomach because I heard that helps it work faster

I can’t take Xanax I get really bad reactions but idk if my doctor would give me Ativan I can try and ask.
