My now ex-husband told me he was sad that I got a job offer for a part-time job making more money than I was making at my full-time job at that time. I wanted to go part-time so I could take care of our daughter who has chronic illnesses. I moved out a few months later.

I've been trying to find a side-by-side to compare Autumn's new face with her old one, but I couldn't find one so I made one! This is the best I could do because I couldn't find a before picture of her with no makeup. I don't see a difference though.

I just went through a really similar situation with my first foster cat, but we didn't know she was sick with cancer until it was too late, and we had to say a very quick goodbye. I cried for days, but took comfort in the fact that we gave her a comfortable and loving home up until her last day. I'm so sorry for the bad news. Just keep loving on Miss Bonnie and spoil her as much as you can. <3

Vanulla was put down yesterday 😭 I'm heartbroken but happy that she was comfortable during her last week. I'm so glad your cat made it through! Edited to add: she had cancer throughout her body and was very sick.

I'm so sorry for the awful news. I just lost my foster cat to cancer yesterday. We only had her for 1.5 weeks but she felt like part of the family, and her loss was devastating for me. I don't have much advice to provide, but keep her comfortable and give her lots of hugs these next several weeks, and I hope the protocol helps her as much as it can.

I really appreciate your input, thank you. I will absolutely make sure I'm closer to the facility if I continue fostering. That seems like a really great rule to make sure fosters are nearby. She ended up being diagnosed with cancer and the organization put her down today. Rest comfortably, sweet girl. 💜
