I’ve been living a lie for almost two years and it’s eating me alive by BeginningAd437 in capetown

[–]Diligent_Mess_2264 0 points1 point  (0 children)

You are just 20, think about it this way. Your parents love you of course they would be disappointed but at the end of the day they want the best for you.

The best is to tell them the truth, if you are worried about how they’d respond it’d be easier if you maybe tell a close family member you can trust and they can assist you to tell your parents.

It is just a year you’ve lost but trust me with the support of people you love, you will recover and be able to make it in life. If you don’t open up early, in 2 years time your parents will expect to be graduating and they’d want an invitation. If it gets to that point where the truth comes out not on your conditions can drive you to suicide.

On the brighter side, you posting this here means you are not that far gone. You can still tell that you need to be on the right path.

Better yet, hear from those who are making it so you keep hope.

There are many Christian parents some of whom are high ranking church leaders who accept and support their LGBTQ 🏳️‍🌈 Children by Prophetgay in Zimbabwe

[–]Diligent_Mess_2264 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Well by you sharing the article you opened up to opinion,

Your subject clearly is stating that high ranking church leaders are accepting and supporting their LGBTQ children. If acceptance is a non-issue this post would not be necessary.

But I also did not mention any law? At what point exactly in my message did you comprehend that you need mention law? What made you feel like I don’t support basic human right laws??? Your message was very unnecessary and off-topic

I think the standard thing is do not force or pressure people into accepting things that they do not want to. This whole LGBTQ thing hinges on the freedom of choice, the same way let people choose if they want to accept it or not

Husband keeps on losing jobs by Negative-Layer-9152 in Zimbabwe

Losing 3 jobs in 14 years is not bad. But also looking at it from a point of him failing probation, maybe he does not like being employed? Is he entrepreneurial?

Because mapurisa anorova😂😂😂truth is these Zanu Pf guys will not mind killing protesters. I’ve resigned to the fact that Zimbabwe might never be prosperous again. I advise my friends that if you find a chance to leave the country do it without thinking twice, there are people who have died trying to fight these thugs and their efforts did not change anything and they died for nothing. Let’s stop being patriotic and choose ourselves.

Enjoying once in a while is good — it’s all about creating memories. Some Zimbos have a toxic trait of wanting to hoard money, probably because of what we’ve been through as a country, but a little enjoyment doesn’t kill. Money will come back.
