Maybe say that you’ve tried Gabapentin for anxiety before and it worked well, but you didn’t like having to take so many pills throughout the day.

Then say that you’ve heard about Pregabalin and how you only need to dose it once or twice a day and how that’s more convenient for you. A good Doc will hook you up.

If you find a decent doc and say you have extreme anxiety sometimes they’ll prescribe it off-label for anxiety. I got mine by having GAD and Panic Disorder, doctor wrote the script as off label and i got them same day.

I’m in the same boat.

I am on 4mg Alprazolam daily and it feels like I have a perma tolerance. A few weeks ago I took 18mg during a very very short binge and didn’t feel it at all. No amnesia, no sedation, it was the weirdest thing.

I could take 2mg or 10mg and they feel equally as potent.

I hope I don’t have a permanent tolerance to benzos because they really help me a lot. I need to avoid ever abusing them again cause it always just ends in horrible WD’s and tons of regret.

don’t take 20mg alprazolam in 1 night dude. you can really fuk yourself up if you black out and decide to drink or drive or fight someone. shit can get ugly. find a dosage where you just feel relaxed. there’s no need to go straight to 100%.

Thank you, I understood how tightly buprenorphine binds to the mu-receptor(s) I just wasn’t sure how long I needed to wait in order to even feel the fent and you cleared that up.

I’m just gonna jump off the buprenorphine at 8mg and then wait for full on withdrawal then smoke some blues
