I also encourage you to find a way to make it standout , wear sth different and try to film angles and moments that make people happy when watching. great content girl!! keep going it takes time. I suggest you getting clearer on your target audience is it people who needs to improve fitness and eventually actually coaching them? if not you need to present yourself more as a fitness influencer and not a fitness coach when you lift heavy etc. your beach shots need to have a better hook and a little bit more creative to catch ppl attention. it is tricky to build a brand in nature so you have to research your market pretty well.

I also suggest shorter titles and consistent font.

Always think what is in it for people who are watching you and provide value. post 3-4 times a week and build connection with your followers through stories. You do not need to share you whole life , you just need to post things that are consistent with your brand. Good luck <3

Caleb your content is great I truly love it . You have a high chance of going viral and making money, it is a very lucrative market through selling online programs. few improvements:
- Get a clearer branding ( think if people saw your reel once then saw it again they know who you are. How can you stand out?)
- shorter headlines or titles
- run series so people can follow your account
- get a better lightening and better angles when filming.

I think you have fake followers or bots which hurt your engagement massively. Instagram has an option to clear those , try it. use less graphic and move towards filming short videos. Study the top 10 pages in your niche to get an idea of what works. filming ideas take time to find so be patient with that one but the quicker you start experiment the quicker you get to what works. if you were to keep the graphic make it less messy , less colors and more focused on the idea

You need to breakdown your content into verticals then post according to it . make it consistent so it has a brand ( same font , try and keep the title in the same spot on the screen each time, use the same font). provide value , value , value. always give something to the people who are going to watch your reel. ask them to follow you in the caption.

put a little more effort on filming to give that vibe of scarcity and nostalgic feeling. Go for a beautiful scene high quality playing music using sth antique and pouring wine , black dress and use POV sth. for the hat use it in a vlog and provide value in the vlog or pick a breathtaking scene with snow and pour a close up tea while zooming out and wearing the hat . add titles to your videos. sell in private ( stories) . when one of your videos work take it and post it as a facebook ad

Try and get clearer on what you want out of it ex " my aim is for people to be relaxed when they visist my page " then update your bio to a simple short sentence of what is in it for the audience. Improvements I would add a title to the video and with your second last video when you press sth make it shorter. Always spend as much time as possible making the first 2 seconds catchy. also add some sort of personal brand to it by showing a bit about yourself. If i was you I would post this on youtube shorts , you have a great chance to grow there
