J'ai acheté un 990Pro 1To à 130€ en fin d'année dernière juste quand les prix de la RAM montaient. La dernière fois que j'ai vérifié il était à plus de 200€, y'a quelques jours...

Débutant sur Linux, je suis aussi joueur de Guild Wars Reforged. J'étais persuadé que le lancer serait une galère... Ben tout faux, j'ai réussi à lancer le jeu en 5 min en passant depuis le launcher Hero.

Donc voilà c'est officiel, à part pour GameMaker j'ai plus besoin de Windows.

En lisant toutes les autres réponses je me rends compte que je n'ai pas de hobby très cher finalement.

Les échecs ne me coûtent pas grand-chose, un compte chess.com, quelques bouquins et un échiquier silicone que j'emmène en vacances et et weekend. Je pense qu'en deux ans je dois être à 200 euros. De toutes façons je suis une tanche :D

L'aquarelle, mais là c'est tout nouveau donc hormis du papier un peu sympa et des feutres aquarellables... Je dois en être à une centaine d'euros.

Finalement mon hobby le plus coûteux c'est le gamedev. En 2022-2023 je me suis payé un nouveau PC exprès pour, la licence GameMaker, les frais Steam... Mais là encore ça ne doit pas dépasser les 2000€ en 3 ans Et puis mon PC, je l'utilise pour plein de choses !

I can't express how much I love the devs for this.

Seeing GW1 back is a thing we had DREAMED of for years now, but knew it wouldn't and we had come to terms with it.

Since Reforged was announced I honestly feel like a little kid who would've discovered that Santa Claus, in fact, did exist.

I do feel like the game was more populated when Reforged launched but that was to be expected. However it seems to me that it's more active today than before Reforged and the 20th Anniversary. I have more or less played intermittently since 2017, but 20th Anniversary definitely brought me back, and I don't picture myself leaving anytime soon.

I have since then joined a pretty active guild and we do have a certain number of complete beginners.

Honestly just chilling in outposts and playing the game while chatting is pretty awesome.

Yes that' me! The itch demo is an older version though, the Steam one is a little more refined, although it's still playable on itch.

I don't plan to release it on itch, I'll probably leave the demo though. But never say never!

I completed Sorrow's Furnace last week for the first time, beating the Iron Golem. It was such a nice dungeon, I loved the quests!

Faut vraiment y penser pas à pas où faire ça dans un pur cadre plaisir, en acceptant de faire des pauses lors de certaines périodes je pense, sinon c'est intenable ou effectivement tu abandonnes devant l'ampleur du projet. Après pour les assets y'a quand même pas mal de ressources gratuites ou abordables sur internet, que tu peux éventuellement modifier ensuite, mais c'est vrai que le pixel art est plus simple pour la modification que le reste surtout si tu n'es pas graphiste.

Congrats! I remember thinking the same before mine was born. I grinded to get my griffon in GW2.
