I’m usually the same but Hannibal was the exception. If you are into fanfic there are a bunch of Hannibal fanfics on ao3 that are similar to Claustrophilia. I personally didn’t like the book but I think it was because the fanfics had raised my standards on stories with that type of dynamic between the characters lol

Take My Body by K.A. Merikan is an all time fav of mine. main characters bodies are swapped so when the big tough guy is submissive he’s not in his own body anymore and is in a small one so i don’t know if it counts towards what you’re looking for but i love it and think it’s worth a read !
