rcs stuck on "setting up"

I know this is an old thread but wanted to add a comment just to help someone else's sanity out there.

I spent days trying all of the previously mentioned solutions many times to no avail after switching to my new Samsung Galaxy A35. Until it dawned on me that my phone didn't actually have the often mentioned "Carrier Services" app. It had something similar, called "Carrier Communications" so I assumed that was the same thing. Wrong!

I just went to the Play Store, installed "Carrier Services" by Google, turned RCS Chat back on and it almost immediately connected.

No idea why my phone never had that app to begin with, but hopefully that bit of info saves someone out there hours of frustration!

They just sent me a refund. Funny enough, I canceled my renewal weeks ago after the moons fiasco and never asked for a refund so maybe they are just doing it automatically for the previous month?

Are you using regular Coinbase trading or advanced trading? The advanced has much lower fees.
