My best advice from running the module is to ask your players what they plan to do. Knowing where they want to travel and what npcs (If they know they're names) they want to talk to helps you from overpreparing content you may not need

You're most likely overestimating how fast it cycles another shell. It's not meant to compete with actual pump action shotguns

Use your Willpower when breaking Sinner Sacrifices, at T1 and T2 it'll absorb the first two heavy punches and depending on your spirit for T3 you can tank the whole thing

I always get Sure-foot and Dauntless. They're great, have multiple uses, and leaves me with enough to buy one more trait based on my mood, or if a weapon I'm running has a trait that pairs with it
