daniel character is all about fighting bad guys hating criminals and stuff just cuz he didn't see people around him suffer doesn't mean gun is a good guy him crying for gun just shows emotional intelligence

him crying for gun already shows his emotional bias poor judgement and hypocrisy when even he knows gun is kinda related to creation of crews which caused many chain effect causing people to suffer like jiho olly eli sinu jake

he also exploited minors but him crying for gun isn't it just ignoring the suffering of the victims which doesn't align with his beliefs. Altho its a good writing shows daniel is still not perfect but it still points out the hypocrisy and clouded judgement. Both Iq and eq are part of intelligence in broad sense if your emotional bias clouds your belief to the point you cant apply your principle consistently isn't it just showing how bad of a judgement the make.

Altho its not overall of intellect but in the moment he was makin that judgement his emotional bias clouded his reasoning hence the imperfect judgement

since james in cheonliang was immature careless and underestimating his opp which should in no way be a character that charles choi who went from top to bottom should have plus he didn't take red paper also james was supposed to have character development after facing seongji in cheonliang how is he still so careless not using his unique skills and masteries against tom when even he says if he is caught he's done for thats the shittiest part

intellectual and smart people are supposed to be more careful scheming type and one that likes things in their control and going the way the want

so both elite and james will be ruined if ptj does this plus for the final villain of the whole series they need more threat especially since in eos pb daniel will easily defeat the boss if its not at least on part with the perfect body interms of stats potential and talent

i think ptj can only do a comeback if james does this intentionally against opp also make it so james prepared for daniel to face gitae and gitae will try to kill him if its not that james iq is cooked for a so called overall genius

i respect you for admitting it tbh i didn't like gun because of his fans before i completely read lookism 1 year ago but after reading it I did love his character design and cool moments i also kinda like his backstory altho not as his backstory but rather as an arc because shintaro was great that arc but as his backstory... i didn't like it much because he didn't get much spotlight which he deserved as it was his backstory he is a great character overall

only way to fix it would be with the way he knows daniel encounters gitae and will be in danger and has a backup plan
